Suzy co-founded Niche because she wanted to make a difference within the recruitment sector. She wanted a more personal experience and process; she was sick of working in a very corporate world.

Suzy has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She is responsible for all of the commercial recruitment and ensuring it is in keeping with our values and long-term operational plans. She helps Niche be a transparent and ethical recruitment company.

Outside of work, Suzy is a dedicated mother of two young children and puts her heart and soul into anything she does.
