Lisa also co-founded Niche, as she wanted to work in an environment where she could enhance people and their careers. She wanted to be able to include her values in her working life.

Lisa has over 18 years of recruitment experience and leads all of the Financial, Property Services And Facilities Management recruitment. She is responsible for keeping Niche within all of the government regulations and guidelines.

Outside of work, Lisa is really family-oriented. She is also currently studying for her master’s in recruitment and HR.
