We have over 20 years of combined recruitment experience in different sectors.
We assess each company individually, enabling NICHE to understand its values and ethos. We then interview, screen, and meet all candidates to get to know them beyond their CVs.
What makes Niche different?
NICHE was created solely because we needed to make a difference in recruitment. We were getting tired of just seeing CVs; we wanted to meet the person behind the CV.
We also wanted the opportunity to build relationships with clients and be open and honest with them to create a more personal experience and process.
